Description of Duties: This position will be responsible for installation, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting and testing of OEM equipment at customer Cell Sites. Position works in conjunction with Engineering Leads, Management as well as company and customer Remote Integration Center. Travel required throughout a regional territory and may be required to travel to other regions on a project basis, as needed. Excellent entry level position for military veteran who specialized in a technical field or anyone with a technical degree and aptitude.   Responsibilities: - Receive assignments and deploy to cell site locations to install, commission and integrate Ericsson RBS equipment. - Installing RBS equipment might (not necessarily) will include power, grounding and external alarms. - Using laptop and specialized software, load software and scripts in order to perform configuration as directed by Remote Integration Center. - Conduct call testing, external alarms testing and E911/PSAP call testing. - May be required to provide support to troubleshoot system upon request of the Remote Integration Center. - Responsible to pick-up OEM equipment from customer or company warehouse location and care for, scan and report on equipment disposition. - Complete and deliver site completion report within deadline.    Experience: - Knowledgeable in Ericsson RBS equipment such as RBS3000 and RBS6000 series. - Knowledgeable in commissioning and integration of different baseband units like CBU, DUW, DUL, DUS. - Manual integration is required. No smart laptop. - Knowledge in BB5216 is a plus. - Prior experience with RBS6601 (installation/swapping). - Prior field experience in New Site Build and Carrier adds (1C up to 6C). - Knowledgeable in AMOS/Moshell commands. - Prior experience with ALU7705 routers is a plus. - Prior field experience in a technical field; mobility networks preferred. - Knowledgeable in cabling (RF, Electrical CAT5/6, T1 Copper, Fiber) and other advanced technologies preferred. - Former Military with technical experience and honorable discharge welcome.   Skills/Requirements: - Ability to represent company with professionalism. - Ability to work within Maintenance Window hours (midnight to 6am) or daytime as scheduled based on project scope and adhere reliably to schedule. - Ability to travel within a region, market or out of market on a project basis. - Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the year. - Ability to use technical skills to work independently and within a team and execute responsibilities as well as solve problems. - Ability to utilize and care for company vehicle and expensive test equipment. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb a 12 ft ladder. - Computer and MS Office Proficient - Valid driver’s license.

Drive Inventory management process and procedure throughout branch location to ensure proper Inventory movement, minimize shrinkage and bad debt exposure.  This position will own all Site Inventory management process and procedures including all Inventory management functions within the warehouse and out in the field. Responsible to facilitate communication and ensure continuous improvement on key and critical Inventory metrics that impact both financial and operational goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Implement, communicate and measure Inventory process and procedure - Monitor and manage warehouse Inventory to assure accuracy - Assist in continued improvement on monthly and/or quarter end Inventory process and performance - Directly responsible for managing Inventory Metrics compiled within the weekly Inventory Management Report. - Ability to proactively and professionally manage to and tend to the client’s expectations and needs. - Perform weekly Cycle Counts to assure proper ordering of Inventory. - Process daily issues, returns, transfer, and receipts and complete all relative tasks to include correction of all errors. - Maintain paperwork in a manner that will comply with MasTec AT and client policies and procedures - Ensure proper rotation of equipment in warehouse and in field by practicing first in first out - Coordinate and perform monthly and/or quarterly inventories following the policies and procedures set forth by MasTec AT.  - Perform the return of damaged, defective, and swapped equipment in a timely manner to ensure proper reimbursement and to maximize metric incentive achievements. - Monitor and manage a staff of warehouse employees to include safe practices, Inventory accuracy, proficient work habits and overtime management. - Provide necessary training on the various Inventory management process and procedures to all warehouse employees in order to continue to enhance the bench strength. - Effectively communicate and provide clear communications to the field operations team and technician workforce. - Ensure continuity of supply for all goods and services required by the current work order demand. - Ensure purchase orders are received in a timely manner. - Actively monitor open purchase orders for vendor compliance regarding delivery dates, prices quoted and quantities ordered. - Work collectively with the Supply Chain Management in facilitating information and Inventory process updates to all field personnel. - Maintain, review, and ensure adherence in process and procedures as it relates to Sarbanes Oxley requirements - Maintain safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies. This salaried supervisory position reports directly to the Site Manager and is responsible for managing the daily activities and performance of assigned Technicians, ensuring MasTec’s performance goals and metrics are met, and maintaining quality assurance standards.   The Technician Supervisor will supervise and manage all aspects of operations in the field, with focus on quality, metric improvement, hiring, and training.  The supervisor position is expected to perform a physical morning stand-up meeting with the direct reports at a MasTec  or Customer facility, oversee technician or driver rosters, ensure route completion, and manage performance within their team.  MasTec will be performing routes and customer service appointment(s) as a Delivery and/or Assembly/Installation Service Provider and the supervisor will oversee the Associates’ performance daily.   Essential and Primary Functions: - Direct and daily management between two and twenty field services technicians and other field services workers.   - Support the recruiting efforts, interview, and hire delivery services technicians. - Ensure operational efficiency in the field. - Conduct quality assurance audits, including random or targeted audits of delivery services technicians. - Develop and implement training modules in coordination with the Training Department. - Manage performance, counsel, discipline, and terminate field service technicians in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Handle, investigate, and resolve employee grievances and complaints in cooperation with Human Resources and Legal. - Evaluate technician performance and productivity, complete and administer employee reviews. - Plan routes, work assignment and allocate resources to effectively staff and meet productivity and quality goals. - Communicate regularly with the Site Manager, other managers, and executives concerning standards and goals; develop and implement strategy for meeting same. - Actively assist in the development of delivery service technicians for promotion to field services supervisor roles. - Make recommendations to the Site Manager as to the advancement, promotion or other status of each field services technician. - Provide input and adjust hours of work, approve employee timecards and expense reports. - Schedule and assign employees to daily tasks. - Develop new techniques for field services based on technical developments. - Assist in investigating and making settlement recommendations for alleged technician-caused damage claims. - Report and investigate in cooperation with Human Resources and Legal all technician-related incidents, and partner and coordinate with the Safety Team on safety-related investigations, when applicable. - Report and investigate in cooperation with Human Resources and Legal all technician-related incidents, and partner and coordinate with the Safety Team on safety-related investigations, when applicable. - Participate in the administration of the site’s budget and monitor site expenditures. - Conduct equipment inspections, including vehicle inspections. - Recommend compensation actions. - Act as liaison between customer and end customer to ensure customer satisfaction and other metrics are met. Other Functions: - Audit and inspection duties may include performing corrective customer services when necessary. - Ensure the most economical and best practices are utilized. - Natural ability to immediately respond to urgent questions, establish priorities, and delegate tasks as necessary. - Must have a VERY STRONG work ethic, and the desire to deliver excellent customer service. - Must communicate well with other Goodman departments.
